I worked with Kirstie years ago when she was editorial assistant for Country Living magazine. She truly is exactly as you see her on telly - natural, humorous a tad clumsy and completely WYSIWYG. She has a genuine enthusiasm for this subject - personally I can't understand how she ended up in the property sphere... except that she's such a great 'people' person. I wish her every success with this project and encourage everyone to watch and enjoy!

We've just been discussing this very thing over at Four Good Corners - I personally don't see the problem, but that's because under this glam exterior beats the woolly heart of a hippy who just wants everyone to be friends. Other posters are less enthusiastic...

Honestly though, I'm in favour of anything that encourages more people to get into making their own stuff - it's like walking or reading, I feel, in that if everyone did just a little bit more of it the world would automatically be a better place, full stop.

May be its a credit crunch changing rooms type show? We will have to wait and see..

i'm going to hold off my cynicism until i've seen it!
